Our Smallwares Activation Process

Plan

Receive two curated tabletop options per venue, center-of-table ideations, color & pattern coordination to enrich your interior design vision, quantity & item breakdowns by venue, and a self-guided budget forecasting tool.

Warehouse Management

Our supplier provides verification and inspection of all items upon receipt, organizing and palletizing by venue, protective shrink-wrapping, and coordinated delivery timing based on venue opening schedules.

Delivery

You’ll receive onsite support to coordinate delivery tracking in a comprehensive Excel workbook, set up and unpacking by each venue, establishing par levels, and inventory management tools for future reorders.

Optimized Delivery & Equipment Solutions

While a typical smallware delivery can involve as many as 2,000 boxes, we significantly reduce that volume by creating organized, streamlined shipments. We take careful measures to minimize the risk of lost or damaged items during construction and ensure deliveries are timed appropriately for each venue opening, helping teams stay on track with target dates.
