Glenn Bradley

With 27 years of expertise in design, architecture, and construction, including roles at Starbucks Coffee Company, Whole Foods Market, and The Kroger Company, Glenn has spent the last 14 years contributing to various sectors within the Compass Group Family.

Specializing in Healthcare, Senior Living, Business and Industry, and Higher Education, he currently serves as the Sr. Director of Design and leads The Hub. Glenn actively drives design and technology innovations in Healthcare, Senior Living, and Recovery spaces.

Senior Director of Design

Brian Laverty

Brian Laverty is the Senior Director of Design at The Hub, Compass One Healthcare, and Morrison Healthcare. He joined Morrison Healthcare in 2012, having previously served as the Vice President of Support Services at a healthcare system in Georgia for 24 years, where he led support services.

Brian brings extensive experience in healthcare design and construction projects, having been involved in and accountable for over $500 million in healthcare-related projects. He holds an undergraduate degree in Construction and Facilities Management from Iona University and a Master of Science degree in Construction and Facilities Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Senior Project Manager

Nova Witkowski

Nova Witkowski serves as a Senior Project Manager for Design and Construction at The Hub, Compass One Healthcare, and Morrison Healthcare. Prior to joining Compass in 2014, Nova dedicated 8 years to business development, focusing on providing architectural and engineering services for hospital clients. She also spent 15 years in construction, working on design-build hospital projects for a builder.

Nova’s passion for innovation and creative problem-solving defines her approach. She pursued her associate degree in architecture from Onondaga Community College and her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology while balancing full-time work during the day and evening studies.

Senior Project Manager

Kwesi Bannerman

Kwesi Bannerman brings extensive experience as Senior Project Manager for Design and Construction at The Hub, Compass One Healthcare, and Morrison Healthcare, recently joining Morrison Healthcare in 2024. With a solid track record managing construction projects in both private and public sectors, Kwesi’s notable work includes overseeing projects at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center Facilities for 6.5 years.

His expertise shines in healthcare design and construction. Kwesi holds a bachelor’s degree in building technology from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Ghana, a master’s in engineering management from The Ohio State University, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) accredited by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Erin Porter

With an impressive background boasting over 23 years of expertise in retail design, architecture, and construction within the restaurant and retail food industry, Erin stands as a seasoned professional. Her impactful contributions span a decade of supporting diverse projects in healthcare and senior living. In the last two years, Erin has focused her efforts on senior living projects and presently holds the position of Design Director.

Actively engaged in programming design solutions, overseeing project execution, and managing service procurement, Erin plays a pivotal role in supporting projects tailored for Healthcare and Senior Living clientele.

Kristina Varnalis

With an extensive 13-year journey within the foodservice industry, Kristina has traversed various roles encompassing equipment dealers, manufacturers, and foodservice design. Kristina actively engages in the intricate process of supporting initial design concepts and skillfully orchestrating their transformation into tangible realities.

Her wealth of experience brings a dynamic perspective to the team, as she navigates the intersection of innovation and practicality, ensuring that each design not only meets but exceeds the expectations of our clients.

Director of Design

Mark Chairletti

Over 25 years of design, architecture, and construction experience in restaurant/retail food industry including: CVS, Marriott, Sodexo and Starbucks. For the last 10 years, mark has supported different sectors in the Compass Group Family, specifically Healthcare, Senior Living, Business and Industry, and Higher Education. Currently a Director of Design, Mark is actively involved in the programming of design solutions, project execution and procurement of services to support projects for Healthcare & Senior Living Clientele.

Manager of Operations

Jasma Soden

Jasma Soden is the Manager of Operations for the Design and Construction team under The Hub, Compass One Healthcare, and Morrison Healthcare. With experience in Marketing and Retail across various industries, Jasma brings a dedicated professionalism and expertise in leadership, organization, and business operations.

With over 20 years at Morrison, she’s held roles in Retail, Marketing, Design, and Construction, and currently ensures efficient Design Team operations. Responsibilities include process recommendations, risk assessment, industry best practices, vendor relations, project oversight, P&Ls, forecasting, and contractor invoice management. Jasma holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a marketing concentration from Clayton State University. Beyond work, she enjoys family time with husband Steven and daughters Nikolette and Nia, cheering them on in softball, basketball, and track.
