A Concierge Approach to Hospitality

Our approach brings every angle of hospitality together under one roof, giving you clarity and continuity from start to finish.

With a dedicated Hub lead guiding the process, you gain hands-on support and thoughtful execution without added complexity.

Our design services focus on environmental planning and operational performance, informed by stakeholder interviews, site evaluations, and data analysis. Every recommendation – from layout and adjacencies to equipment placement and infrastructure – is rooted in optimizing the space for real-world conditions.

We help communities define who they are and express it with clarity and intention. From brand foundations to digital experiences and on-site activations, every touchpoint is designed to work together, reinforcing a cohesive story that builds trust and strengthens connection.

The senior living industry continues to face critical staffing shortages and high turnover, particularly in foodservice and hospitality roles. The Hub’s Centralized Staffing Team (CST) helps improve retention by integrating dedicated support specialists, advanced tools, and focused training into the hiring process.

Through innovative service models, our team advances clinical, well-being, and regulatory goals while enhancing both client and consumer satisfaction. We are committed to improving health outcomes, strengthening wellness initiatives, and ensuring regulatory compliance through expert guidance and advanced nutritional support.

Our team comprises experts from diverse fields such as computer science, economics, statistics, cognitive science, market research, and beyond. We take a direct and analytical approach to kitchen design, placing a strong emphasis on data-driven insights.

We oversee the sourcing, specification, and coordination of furniture, smallwares, and equipment across every phase of a project. Our team evaluates options based on operational requirements, budget parameters, lead times, and lifecycle considerations to support reliable, cost-effective outcomes.
