The Hub partnered with Emory Decatur Hospital to transform Magnolia Café from a traditional cafeteria to a modern, guest-focused dining destination.
The café reopened in 2024 with a new layout, updated design, and refreshed menu. By analyzing consumer demographics, every element of Magnolia Café was designed to create a more welcoming, efficient environment while prioritizing the connection between staff and customers.
By addressing congestion and inefficiency from the previous setup, the new café offers a smoother flow and a more convenient visit for guests. The redesign also puts food front and center, highlighting freshness and color while giving customers the opportunity to watch items being prepared. New grab-and-go offerings add speed and flexibility, while features like the pizza oven bring more variety and energy to the menu.
